the development of peer coach academy has taken the slow lane on the autobahn.in the process i have encountered some like minded entrepreneurs and begun discussions about collaboration on a bigger vision. these months have been somewhat of a discovery process. it almost reminds me of shopping at a thrift shop because periodically i will find a real gem. and i have met a couple of remarkable ones.
I defer to pema chodron here:
“When we resist change, it’s called suffering. But when we can completely let go and not struggle against it, when we can embrace the groundlessness of our situation and relax into it’s dynamic quality, that’s called enlightenment”
― Pema Chödrön, Living Beautifully: with Uncertainty and Change
I am not certain where this journey will take me. and i have wresting do with myself for clarity around purpose. damned higher power insists i remain in the dark. i responded with my usual so calliope of emotional responses but have arrived back at faith’s doorstep. after some indecision and a closer look, i have concluded that trust is the path for me to take.
although my nature is to drive in the fast lane, i willingly am in the lane to the right and plodding forward with trust and an open heart.
here are some leaders i am looking to work with…
