i started back at the gym once i left my job. i hadn’t realized how emotional that job had become, until i didn’t have all that emotion to hold in. so work out i am doing. right now as time allots, i am doing a cardio class in the morning then fast-walking the 3 1/2 miles around the park and golf course by my house.
i feel better. i always do when i work out. have been doing this on and off for about 25 years now. i recommend everyond finds some physical activity they love and engage in it. it feeds the soul.
the 2014 annual from ministry of sound adds the flavor to my workouts this summer…. 🙂
